GreenCLUB is the corporate blog of Green Engineering , an italian EPC company specialising in the realisation of industrial plants for ethanol production. We've created this place to talk about experiences around the world of ethanol production (spirits, extra neutral alcohol, bioethanol , fuel ethanol,)and in general about biofuels and renewable energies . But this space is something more... . Here we would like to share our work, our on site activities, during plants design, contruction and start-up . We would like to tell you about products of our Customers, about traditions and cultures behind spirits coming from different countries.. . two years of GreenCLUB and a new template

We started this "experiment" of creating a corporate blog two years ago (was the 1st November 2007) ; in some way we look at the GreenCLUB still as an experimental space, continuosly growing . We have many ideas for future, we look towards targets to achieve: one is certainly to let you to have a closer view on our on-site activities, so that you can see how a plant grows up, from being just a business idea to becoming an operative factory .
But also if GreenCLUB is still very young and experimental we are already attached to this space, that has been coming with our job day by day .
This evening we are happy to show you a renewed graphics, a template realised by falconhive and cutomized by us with our colours and graphics .
We would like to thank Google for its elegant and robust template, that we have been using during this two years, and that we'd like to remember with this screenshot .

GreenCLUB è un'idea di Green Engineering

Green Engineering è una Società Italiana di Ingegneria specializzata nella progettazione e costruzione di impianti industriali per la produzione di etanolo. Il marchio Green Engineering nasce nel Settembre 1999 dalla volontà di tre Manager e del loro team di tecnici.
G.E. progetta e realizza impianti industriali sulla base di proprio know-how nel campo della produzione di alcool e del trattamento delle acque industriali.
Dispone di collaudate tecnologie in grado di processare qualsiasi tipo di materia prima che possa essere convertita in etanolo (vino, melasso, cereali, patate, frutta fresca e secca, etc…), producendo qualsiasi tipo di distillato (Rum, Cognac, Wisky, Vodka, etc…), alcool neutro ed extra-neutro, alcool anidro (bioetanolo) ed alcool industriale. Rese di conversione e consumi energetici sono al massimo livello dello stato dell’arte della distillazione industriale
Green Engineering mette a disposizione tutto il proprio know how scientifico, tecnico e manageriale, in ogni fase dello sviluppo del progetto (dall’idea iniziale alla consegna dell’impianto funzionante e fino alla fine della garanzia), con l’obiettivo di garantire il miglior risultato possibile in termini di ritorno sull’investimento.
In questa logica siamo disponibili a fornire sia un impianto “Chiavi in mano”, sia una o più qualsiasi delle fasi di progetto, realizzazione e gestione di un impianto :

o studio di fattibilità
o studio di processo
o ingegneria di base
o ingegneria di dettaglio
o procurement
o attività di cantiere
o start-up e commissioning
o organizzazione della fabbrica
o training del personale
o assistenza durante il primo anno di produzione

Grazie alla sua enorme esperienza nel campo della realizzazione di impianti industriali per la produzione di Etanolo, alle avanzate tecnologie proprietarie e alla costante attività di ricerca e sviluppo nel campo del processo effettuata fianco a fianco con Università e Centri di Ricerca, Green Engineering rappresenta oggi la scelta ideale per lo sviluppo di impianti per la produzione di Bio Etanolo per uso carburante.
