La Signora Maria vive in un posto meraviglioso, nella Maremma Toscana, e dispone di appezzamenti di terreno dedicati alla coltivazione dell'elicriso e della lavanda.
Mrs. Maria lives in a beautiful place in the Tuscan "Maremma" area, and has some plots of land dedicated to the helycrisum and lavender cultivation.
La prima cosa che abbiamo fatto, dopo essere stati contattati, è stato studiare attentamente la qualità del prodotto si poteva tirar fuori, elaborando una valutazione tecnica delle caratteristiche degli olii.
The first step fro Green Engineering, after having been contacted, was to make a specific technical study to understand which kind of product we could obtain.

Nel caso di estrattori per olii essenziali, le apparecchiature sono piccole o, addirittura, piccolissime. Ciò non toglie che non debbano essere progettate e costruite secondo i criteri propri dello Stato dell'Arte. Questo aspetto costituisce infatti un punto fondamentale del nostro modo di lavorare: ricercare l'eccellenza sempre e comunque, curare ogni piccolo dettaglio, assistere il nostro cliente, passo dopo passo, nella definizione ed ottimizzazione del proprio progetto, supportarlo in ogni fase.
Dopo che i nostri mastri artigiani lo hanno costruito in officina, qualche giorno fa abbiamo consegnato l'apparecchio. Abbiamo aiutato Maria ad installarlo e montarlo e passato con lei una mezza (e piacevole) giornata di training. Naturalmente, per qualsiasi necessità futura, Green Engineering è a completa disposizione.
In the field of essential oils production, the equipment are small, or even very small. This doesn't mean that they must not be designed and built at the the State ot the Art. This is a crucial point for Green Engineering and our way of working: looking for excellence in any case, taking care of every little detail and supporting our Client, step by step, in the definition and optimization of the project.
After the construction in our workshop by our craftmen, some days ago the distiller was delivered to Maria. We helped her during the installation phase and spent a pleasant half day with her for the training. Of course, Green Engineering remains completely for anything she may need in the future.
